It is Sir Nicolas Lalouette, husbandman and collector of the lands and seigniories of Balagny who, in the 18th century, gave his name to the estate. This formerly state farm is classified “remarkable farm” for its authentic trait of the Valois. In the heart of an intact hamlet, it was rehabilitated with refurbished or new materials manufactured in the region. Artisans respectful of an ancestral knowledge implemented the works.
Its backyard garden, recreated two decades ago in the former vegetable garden, is sometimes open to the public.
